Pro Bass Adventures Mexico includes loaner fishing rods in their rates. A huge variety of baitcaster and spinning rods for no additional fee. G. Loomis IMX-PRO and GLX, Dobyns Champion and Xtasy, St. Croix and Megabass. Use as many as you need on your quest for giants.
Most lodges in Mexico charge huge sums of money to rent fishing rods. $100 for 3 rods is common! Serious anglers use more than 3 rods, so do the math and don't fall victim to hidden fees!
Airport Ground Transportation is Included

The annual "King of Baccarac" is a 7 night / 6 day tournament held every June. The 3 biggest fish for the week take home the gold! There are 13 teams competing for huge payouts and prizes from G. Loomis, Shimano, Megabass and more!
The 2025 event boasted multiple 60+ pound 5 fish bags! Tournament big fish of 13 pounds 12 ounces and 13 pounds 8 ounces!
The 2026 event will be held June 14 - June 21, 2026

The Official Season Opener Tournament - Lake "Baccarac's Best" October 12 - 16, 2025
This is a great time to fish Lake Baccarac. October is just after our monsoon season. The monsoons brings closures, there have been no boats on the lake and the fish haven't seen a lure in months! This is the seasons opener event, popular for a great time, big fish that aren't very picky, and fantastic numbers. A big party and pig roast, this is a popular event that you don't want to miss!
